Mentor a newer coach. Get mentored by one. We're all still figuring it out.
Trade scouting honestly. Recommend the kid who didn't make your roster but belongs on someone's.
Show up to the bimonthly Zoom call. That's where the movement keeps its shape.
Disagree in the open. Decide together. Carry the call back to your sideline.
